But since this part of the BB is growing up I will ask again. Does anyone know of any lights/accesories that will fit the old style rail on my P220ST. Without the adapter please

What do you mean by "old style" rail? Last I heard the 220ST had a standard rail on it.

You could always braze some milled Pict'y. bar stock.
