Anyone have one? Likes or dis-likes?

They make a couple different CA compliant ones and thought about picking one up in 5.56 with the heavy barrel. Anything else I should look at? This will be my first evil black rifle. It will be used for plinking/home defense etc...

From what I've read, people like the XCR better than the sig. Anyone want to dispute this?

I have shot a 556. but not the XCR so I guess I am biased. I was really impressed with the Sig. Very accurate, (hitting the 430 dong open sight consistantly) and operated flawlessly. We were even shooting crappy Wolf black box that day, which none of my AR will shoot very good, and it never missed a beat.

But they did bring a new system the insides of a polymer pistol is the "receiver" and clicks into an assortment of plastic "frames" so you buy one "gun" and then can get just about any slide, caliber of round and the "frame" will come in "normal, sub compact and compact" and "small, med and large" grip size

I would go with 5.56 due to price as I dont really plan on killing someone and dont need the better ballistics of the 6.8.

Tests have shown that 6.8 is no more effective than 5.56 in zombie head shots.
