I don't get it? If it's what is in the sketches that he shows, with a tube over it...it is a suppressor. That's a max of 10 years in a federal prison and $250,000 without a stamp.
Seeing as how you can buy real .22 suppressors for $100 these days, I don't see the point.

the atf would never allow it, too easy to just slip any ole piece of tubing over the baffles and have a free can that could be tossed if jonny law gets too close.

I'm suing that fucker. "Squirrel Sniper" is an old moniker of mine that I only use on rimfire forums. The sumbitch is infringin on my copyrighted name.
  <--- is not fawking around with anything that looks like a baffle. Not no way, not no how. Taint worth the potential risks for a few decibels.
