Should and will aren't always the same. There should be NO denied apps (For those that can legally apply), but there are.

Phil are you applying to KCSD or Ridgecrest Police? (if they have their own dept.

RCPD is the local cops, but I'm applying directly to KCSD.

Calccw.com doesn't have any Kern specific info I can find.
