Of course. As I said "just like a big AN fitting". You could even use the same 37° taper. It would do a very good job of holding the can together to keep the exit hole from shifting.

just take a nut(same thread as barrel) weld it to a washer then weld some exhaust tubing to the washer, stuff with steel wool and cap it off with another washer.

Finished...almost

stainless body and endcaps that index the monolithic baffle inside. the baffle is the "working" part and does not require the "can" for alignment.
The baffle is aluminum with a stainless steel .250 ID "liner" down the entire bore, the first baffle and the threaded attachment are stainless.
The baffle fits loose in the can without the O rings shown, with rings in place each baffle is air tight.

It works VERY well

oh and her name is Jenny, I hope the guy doing my tax stamp had a sense of humor because he would have known the can's name based on my serial number

also if you notice the first and last baffle are the only ones that are symmetrical with the single first being centered and same with the last "double" hole.

The end caps are made for easy removal.

I may fuck with new baffle design or just leave this one as is.

You put all that work into the silencer and then you go and hand engrave your info and SN on it? You should have gotten it engraved professionally

I realize you're a cheap bastard, but I'm sure you could have found a guy to engrave it for some gunfuckery or something you have floating aroudn your house.

it was a "now" thing

that hand engraving will be gone as I plan on fluting the can and those marks will be cut out after new "nice" ones are engraved into it.

There is no point into putting effort into a simple thing when you plan on changing shit

unknown wieght. a little heavy but beefy.

to allow easy cleaning as I can replace an O ring easy if I have to hammer out the stack because I was lazy to clean
