What gun item(s) would you like to see made?

Okay, my boss has been following my FH project with interest...he has even taken on my 10-22 drum project and is finishing the programming for me(he thinks we could do them for under $150). He wants to put "something" into production...he knows the gun industry is hot right now and is open to new ideas.

I am talking a production run of 500-1000 pieces

what would you folks like to see made?

CAD drawings make things happen here, so post a link if possible. We can write shit on the parts with out milling machines, so that is a possibility too.

If you are gonna make some drum mags, make an affordable Saiga 12 version.
The alloy grip would be sweet.

If you have all the stuff to make LPK's and other parts that people need that don't require an FFL I would think they would do well. Upper receivers, barrels, and other stuff.

A complete semi-auto firearm kit that can use a standard piece of rectangular tubing as a receiver, requiring it only be cut and drilled with common tools...

A folding vertical grip that sorta cantilevers back so the the vertical part is directly in front of the mag well.
1) so it can be checkered/whatever and be a better grip than the magwell but only like 1/2" away from it
2) allows us that use the magwell as a VFG to do it without any possible issues.
3) folds to allow the upper/lower to "clamshell" like normal.

Folding is not needed but would be nice.
I can draw you one up. I would take 3.

Make a new spring/stock for an AR that uses a flat spring instead of a coil. This would allow you to have a folder.

4runner, you name it, and if it's feasible, I can have it drawn up in CAD within a week. Drawing up the AK flash hider took all of 10 minutes, so just let me know if you need anything, and I'll see what I can do.

I think there would be a big market for a 7.62X25 AR upper. Make a mag well block to use PPsh41 stick mags and you'd be in business. The bolt for a 9mm should work, it's the same case dimensions at the back end. I just want something more fun than my CZ-52 to shoot that cheap little round out of.

would this require more than a magwell block?

we are NOT going to make bbls...magwell blocks are easy to do...

we can cast(alum, SS, brass), we can machine with CNC lathes and mills(alum, SS, alloys, etc)...

I would like to see affordable STEEL rails of different lengths and heights. some with a groove lengthwise down the top, and some with a concave groove in the bottom for welding on top of AK dust covers and shit.

why nonstandard sizes? other than length?

we discussed STEEL rail in 12" and 24" lengths...standard dims otherwise with flat bottom and concave bottom...what prices have you seen on this?

Welding onto an AK dust cover is probably not a smart idea as they aren't stable at all. However welding on top of a MP5 / G3 / etc. clone...

If you do produce them, produce aluminum, steel, both in flat and contoured...if possible.
