Video. Me running around shootin'. Again.
Yes, another one.
But it's an IPSC match this time. Since no one really cares about seeing themselves on video in this group, no one is really hopping up and down to hold it while I shoot. So I stuck a tripod on the berm about 1/4 mile away. Hope you've got a magnifying glass. ![]() I'm the skinny fawker in the bright blue shit. But you probably know that by now. Go back to sleeping in the shop, John.
![]() And aren't you supposed to post a pic of a box of Wheaties? Isn't that the standard joke?

Looks like you had some smooth runs. Reloads look good. On the last stage, you did cross your feet a few times while moving from right to left. An idea for you, if I may. Practice moving laterally by bring your feet together, ankle to ankle, but leaving about a foot in between your feet. Once you plant your foot in motion, push off of it and repeat the process. It leaves you in a much more stable shooting position, you move smoother and faster, and there is a whole lot less chance you will trip and bust yo' ass.

I never worry too much about how I sprint from position to position behind a barricade - footwork when shooting is a different story. And I've never been able to move that quickly with the feet-never-crossing method. I don't think anyone can, since each step covers 12-24" less ground. At least, I've never seen a pro shooter do it - they all cross their ankles when rolling from one side of a wall to the other.
