Mitchell Arms was a manufacturer, importer, and distribtuor located at 2101 East 4th Street, Suite 201A, Santa Ana, CA, 92705. This rifle was available in ,22LR and .22MAG (new in 1988), high quality European walnut or folding stock, 20-shot magazine, 16-1/2" barrel, built-in cleaning rod, 4.9 pounds empty. It was manufactured from 1985 to 1994.

At least at some point in time, Mitchell and E.M.F. seem to have imported the Armi Jager (Loano, Italy) model AP-80 (or AP80). With this in mind, it's a good idea to refer back and forth between the E.M.F. and Mitchell information.
