What did you have to give to get it back? Guy who comes to most the gun shows here has had one for sale for years at $850. The one he has is the only one ive seen in person, so they cannot be too common. Any idea on the rarity?

BWWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!![]() You know what, I had an incident with a Mini-14 bull pup that got me an empty brass right to the corner of the mouth. Long story short, Guy that used to own it, the guy that bought it, and I were all out shooting. PO charges it, takes aim, pulls trigger, no bang. Owner takes it, charges it, takes aim, pulls trigger, no bang. Neither time did it chamber a round. I say "Lemme see that sumbitch" as I'm taking it away from him. Tap, Rack, shoulder and as I'm shouldering it, I hear them "AAHHHHHH" but it was too late. BANG!!!!! Empty case came out, case mouth caught me in the left corner of my mouth, stretched my cheek back like a fawkin' rubber band, and when my face snapped back, it jammed the case in between the clamshell bullpup stock, and the actual receiver of the gun. Locked it up tight. First and last time I ever shot a bullpup. Maybe thats why I have a subconscious aversion to Ruger...

It's on the short list. No pun intended! ![]() ![]() ![]() I've actually considered selling my PTR to get one, but my PTR is just a leeetul too accurate to let it go.

![]() Description This group was formed for the collectors and shooters of the High Standard Semi-auto 12 Gage Police Shotguns Model 10 A + B and now the Saiga's 12G AK type shotguns!.The High Standard company of Hamden, Connecticut is now out of busness but the collectors of these interesting and odd bullpup style shotguns lives on. We have many photos of original and custom Model 10s and some range photos but we are always looking for new and interesting ones.(We are now going to start adding pictures of many different types of Shotguns including the AOW shotgun pistols, SAIGA's and bullpups!)

It's not really my thing, but there's no doubt that it's a collectable shotgun. I say hang onto it - it'll hold value far better than the pieces pieces of paper they call currency,

I had an AMT Hardballer back in 1983. It wasn't a bad pistol, but it wasn't up to the quality of my Kimber either. As far as the Bullpup goes, I'd hang on to it. It looks like hours of firing-from-the-hip fun!

My thoughts too, word for word.

Completely and utterly unrelated, but a though that'd occurred to me lately.
Two major problems with bullpups seem to be trigger pull and fugliness. Can't help with the latter, but with the issue of trigger pull..... Anybody remember these? ![]() Seems with electronic ignition you could have a great trigger pull, and put the trigger wherever you wanted it. Expensive, yes, practical, no, would it work, probably.
