Truck Tough high output alternators are built to handle the harshest environments. Hot rated at 240a, these units put out 140a at idle and feature heavy duty components built to provide reliable service for years to come.

Stator: Stators are designed for maximum output and achieve peak output by 1700rpm.
Regulator: 100% OEM compatible regulators insure easy installation, accurate voltage regulation and long life.
Rotor: Precision balanced OEM alloy rotor provides maximum output at all speeds with low vibration for long bearing life. OEM alloy properties promote cooler operating temperatures.
Rectifier: Exclusive solid copper rectifier with high capacity diodes has two times the power handling and cooling capacity of other "high output" rectifiers for reliability in high demand conditions.
Bearings: Premium NTN bearings provide long life and smooth operation with a low failure rate.
Pulley: Billet drive pulley provides the best traction for your belt in any situation.
Output & Ground Studs: Over-sized positive and ground studs provide easy, secure connections for upgraded power cables.

Dyno Tested Hot Output (200 degrees Fahrenheit):

240a @ 1700rpm
