Art Carr/Winters Shifters

Description:

A responsiveness that puts you far out ahead of your competition... the sureness that snaps you into the gear you want, when you want it... the kind of ruggedness that lets you slam it into gear without the fear of jamming or springing the mechanism... that’s the Art Carr-Winters shifter for you! It’s so well built, so finely engineered, so beautifully designed that you know at once... it has to be by Winters ® . The Art Carr-Winters Shifter is Fail-Safe! It’s mechanically impossible to accidentally shift into reverse from any forward gear. A sturdy, steel guard bars the shifting rod from all other positions except first, second, or third. When you want reverse, only you can put it there. The Art Carr-Winters shifter can be installed on any street, strip or off road transmission. It is available in both conventional and reverse shift patterns.

Dimensions:

15" long x 5" wide x 11" tall
All shifters include basic shifter, 5 ft. cable and necessary hardware to mount to the transmission. The black plastic housing is included.
When selecting the Universal Flush Mount, the black plastic housing is NOT included. Both items may be purchased separately.

Gate Patterns (see application table below):

Stock
Reverse Pattern
Rock Crawler Stock Pattern
Rock Crawler Reverse Pattern
Lockout Stock Pattern
Lockout Reverse Pattern

Mounting Options:

Standard Console
Universal Flush Mount
Competition Shifter

Options:

Park Safety Switch (8259)

WE have lots of these in stock. If not it will ship out within a couple days.

Thanks. Tommy

I would stay away from the threaded body air shock. If you turn them into coilovers you will have a fairly expensive shock that performs like a really shitty shock.

Buy real coilovers and you wont regret it!

First, I have a question for you about what the Parking Safety Switch (item #WPP-1089). What is it exactly? Or should I say, what is the function of the switch??
I am going to be buying one of your TH400 shifters. I would like to get the flush mount, with the Rockcrawler Stock Plate shift pattern. It is for my new MEGA-REX 6x6x6 that I'm building. The short list of the parts on the truck, includes:
-> '99 Dodge Ram quad cab, short bed
-> 454 cid, bored .030, and upgraded with aluminum heads, full roller, and a Whipple Blower!
-> TH400/203/205 with triple cable shifters for doubler
-> 3 steering Rockwell axles
-> 20" double Beadlocks, (currently has 46" XMLs) but will be upgraded to either 47" LTBs or 49" IROKS, but if PitBull ever gets their 47"+ Rockers... I'd be all over them!!

So now the final question is, would you please shoot me the info on that parking safety switch? And at the same time, would you please give me the total for the shifter, pattern, and shipping to me (81521)?? Then a second quote that would be the same, it with the SafetySwitch included??
Thank you very much!

I had an art carr 700R4 RMVB and have gone to a TH400 Standard pattern, can I just change the gate plate to the Rock crawler stock and I am good to go? If so do you have a price on the gate plate.
