I had an issue with the synergy 4121 ball joints,2 sets to be exact.I installed them and checked my wheel bearing play and felt some thing loose, well I found the upper joint loose internally. They sent me another set and I even bought new knuckles and gave it another shot......same thing In the end I installed a set of Spicers and they were tight as could be....There comment to me was I'm the only one with this problem and it must be installer error...I've been a mechanic for almost 20 years

This ball joint problem sounds like it is direct at Synergy Suspension. A completely different company than Poly Performance. If anyone has any order problems or anything feel free to shoot me a email and i'll forward it or handle it accordingly. Tommy@polyperformance.com

just received a bunch of various parts, ahead of schedule... but 1 part was drop shipped from Elderbrock, and turned out to be the wrong part.

So, Tommy emailed me to let me know he's taking care of it personally.
Results like that keep me coming back.

There is no right part available for this application, I just needed something close to cut up and weld on.
