Order issues
I've got an issue with an order that I haven't been able to get resolved over the phone (no answer/no call back) and Pig, your pm box is full... Rather deal with it privately, don't want to start a big mess of a thread over something small...

I don't post much, or stir pots, but I'm going to have to send out some emails as well. It is really frustrating to not be able to talk with someone on the phone or the chat feature that is on their own website. I have left a few voicemails and nothing has been responded to. Not a very good way to do business, IMHO. It took like 4 or 5 calls just to place an order!

I have spent $1000's with Poly and I haven't had any issue that they weren't eager as hell to resolve. This is a very big surprise to me.
But I work in a field which requires requisitions, invoices, vendors, manufacturers, customers, etc. so I know how it works well enough that maybe I'm going about things differently than the normal customer?

I am going to be placing an order in 2 weeks and everytime I have emailed Tommy he has got right back with me. So far my experience has been great. I look forward to doing business with them. I also like being able to do most of in thru email, for me personally, it works better because I dont always have time to stop and make a phone call.
