***NEW*** Dana 30, Dana 44, Dana 60 Ball Joints From Synergy Suspension------------->
Synergy Suspension introduces the Jeep® JK Heavy Duty Front Ball Joint Set, designed to replace the factory ball joint that is prone to premature wear on lifted 2007-Current Jeep® Wrangler JKs with large off-road tires. Engineered and manufactured to outperform the factory ball joint assembly, a fully greasable sintered metal-on-metal bushing design promotes high wear resistance by eliminating problematic plastic liners found in OEM ball joints. Each ball joint boot is made from tear/wear resistant polyeurethane and includes all necessary hardware for installation. Synergy Suspension brings a complete set of 4 to market for only $250 MSRP. Yes, that’s a complete set of 4 for only $250 US dollars!

A realistic date on the other applications we are working on is prob about 6 months till we are actually shipping parts. These are still in the design and testing phases... YES!

That's the 1 application we skipped due to that fact that part was only on those trucks for 2 years. In order to make these parts and to sell them near the listed price points above we have to make 1000 sets per part #. We are just to not sure there is enough demand. If we start getting alot of requests for them we will make them...

Might want to look at some factory replacements if you need a fix now.

Just replaced mine on an '05 Rubicon running 37's with 1.25" wheel spacers. Based on what I read here, I may be replacing them within 7K miles. Do you think your new design will hold up a lot longer with the exaggerated offset and 37" tires on a stock Rubi D44?

Mr.Pig,
without you divulging proprietary secrets. What is going to make your ball joint better then a commonly available unit ? Yes we can see the "plastic" removed from the design. Plus a grease fitting and channels for lubrication. What about the ball and socket itself ? Special materials (say Ampco) for instance or a powdered metal finish or ?? Will the design allow for the boots on RCV`s ? Shaft and threaded portion ? Preload adjustment if any ? Just wondering..........Hopefully you guys can score a home run with these. Have a set of Reid`s 44 knuckles that are just waiting for install. But not till a new and improved BJ (is there such a thing as an improved BJ ? ) 4121 is available.
