order #27908

I have asked twice now what queued means via your contact through the web site. I placed my order on Feb 25 and still don't know if it will back order or what. I sent another inquiry just a minute or so ago to make it three. Please respond about my order status by Wednesday or I will be forced to require a full refund.

This is the poorest customer service I have ever gotten from Poly, I hope this is not a new trend.

MOST awesome response from a company I have ever had. Kur at Poly called me after closing and took care of my issue with parts. Never have I had a rep from any company call me long after closing just to take care of a customer, way to go Kurt.
