Need advice w losi comp
I'm new to the rc crawler scene.Basically I dont know anything about them. But it sure is fun.Anyway I bought a used losi comp crawler been using it alot for a couple months and its been great but lately its been losing power after only a few minutes of crawling. But only going forward it just stalls no grinding. In reverse on the same obstacle it has no loss in power and will crawl very well. Also seems to have intermittent loss of power completely to the motor if I keep driving, just give it a tap and it takes back off.I'm sure something may be lose but not sure what to look for.Any suggestions

Those losis are known to burn up motors, you need to make sure your axles have plenty of grease!!!!and check them often!!Is the motor getting hot when you drive it?also check this out everything you need to know

Thanks
I kinda was thinking the motor might be going out.It does get hot after 20 min. of crawling. Thanks for the link I've read though it.Its got me thinking I may need to upgrade to a brushless motor system. But that may be a little too advanced for me.What kind of brushed motor is best.I'm running a novak 5.5t now I believe
