Castle Creations BEC set at 6.0V

Electronic front/rear dig (not finished)
Losi Rock Carver tires on stock Axial Beadlocks (pictured)
Panther Cougar tires on Eritex Comp Solid's (front) Comp Heavy's (rear)
JConcepts Stage Killah body painted by Mike's Custom RC Paint

Here's my Losi 1.9 Comp rig:

Specs:
Basically out of the box stock.
I moved the battery to the back axle and weighted the front wheels. It will get all the typical mods as breakage occurs or time and money allow, including:
Montana Scale Designs 1.9 comp chassis (not out yet)
Montana Scale Designs 1.9 4-Dyce aluminum beadlocks
Holmes Hobbies mini Torquemaster motor
Tekin B1-R ESC
Upgraded steering servo
Hot Racing alum. upgraded knuckles, C's and rear lockouts
new body to replace that butt-ugly stocker
and whatever else I can think of

thanks, but it aint nothing special. I never did that before, so I didn't know how to do it right. I did cut 2" right down the center, but I cut the scoop out 1st(didn't want that narrowed) I tried a couple of different glues with no luck, so I taped the 2 sides together and used a hot!! screw driver to blend the two sides together, then came back with some crappy body fill for models. I works but looks shitty IMO

wish I knew what works best for gluing those bodies together, would have turned out great. but hey, its a driver, not a shelfer right?

Was on 6 cell nimh
Switched to 3 cell Lipo (HUGE difference)
Currently on a TQ3

I've got an
R2D to go on along with a DX3R

Did you cut them short? nice rig though, I really like the Edge.

Yeah I know.

I just got it a couple of weeks back. These coils are uncut. I've messed with the suspension a bit from how I got it and got a ton more travel and it seems to climb a bit better as well. Also got it lowered down from 3" to 2.5 @ the belly.

I'm contemplating going with an SWX chassis and getting a truck body. A bit lower CG and I think my girls would like it even more if it looked more familiar.

christian just ditched his fatdog tube chassis for the 'frame' and truck body...kinda like you said, like the looks of the vehicle instead of the jungle gym

For glueing the lexan bodys look for a glue called "mc" we use it in the sign industry to glue lexan and this shit sets like concrete. I will get the actual name and a supplier and post it up tomorrow after work. Here's a shitty poser shot of mine.
