I am just wondering because i want to buy an RTR kit not build my own. Too much of my money goes in to my Jeep to put into an RC crawler! As much as it will get used i don't want to put hundreds of dollars into it.

you would get more use out of a axial or even the losi mini..

the duratrax is well not what it should be.. there not a great performer out of the box the mods they need to perform are not cheap, so far aftermarket support has been nonexistent..

they are priced right. if all you want is a cheap toy and dont have much in the way of real expectations from it, just something to play with it might be OK for you..

i'm just gonna hold out and see how the New Traxxas Summit(or whatever its called) is. I like the idea of a dual duty RC truck
