How to convert a 2 chan toa 3 chan for rear steer

I have a 2 channel Hitec AM Aggressor radio that came w/ my ax-10, any way to add a switch for rear steer and another channel?? Im new to the electronics part of rc cars!

Nope. You'll need to get a 3 channel transmitter and receiver.

Add a channel as follows:

1) Buy 3 channel radio
2) Sell old 2 channel radio

There is no "adding" channels, not in any practical sense anyway.

ok heres the deal if you buy a y harness with a servo reverser you won't need to drop any money on a new radio

how does that work? rear steer all the time? opposite from the front?

well using a servo reverser will allow the rear to steer with the front, not independently

you could always buy a traxxas TQ3 radio and do a 3position switch mod. they are cheap enough to buy and easy to install a 3 position switch in

i have a modded tq3 with a turn dial deal you turn with your thumb for rear steer i am selling.

What did you use for the dial, I've been looking for a variable switch for the rear steer, instead of having it go to full lock.

Not sure what it is using, I bought it this way then ended up going with a dig setup and toggle switch on a tq3. Now I just ordered a DX3r and have both for sale.
