My wanna-be rally car

I say wanna-be, because I bought it for use as my DD, and I will NOT be jumping it off any sweet jumps anytime soon. STi's have been my realistic dream car ever since I've seen the classic blue/gold combo tearing it up in WRC. And I'm very glad to now have one, after about 10 years of waiting and driving a POS jeep wrangler in the mean time. I was wanting to hold out for a blue one at first, but over the years I've matured (a small degree) and really don't want the flashy color combo to attract any more unwanted attention than I need to. The big ass wing on the back does a good enough job of that... It's a '07, about 22k miles on the clock, and bone stock, completely unmolested. First plans after I get back to the states is to get a small hitch so I can trailer my bikes around, and get a Cobb AP and go Stage 1. The 07's and up STi's suffer from a poor, very lean factory tune, which can cause ring land failures. That's honestly about it, might throw in a nicer head unit later on down the road...I'll see what I want to do with it after I get back to the states.

Oh, and NO - it has not been in an accident. I know the front fender color looks off in the picture...it's a very common thing for the UGM/CGM silver colors to do that. I believe it has to do with the flat door panel, then the bulging front fender that reflects the light differently.

I want a STI. Those cars are bad ass. Sometimes I'm tempted to sell my rig to buy one. Kinda done with wheeling.

Skip the cobb and go open source with romraider, ecuflash, and a tactrix cable. Tunes will be more tailered to your car, and you control everything that happens. I'd also do at least an exhaust with a catless downpipe (lots of performance gains to be had there) Add an ebcs and you'll be knocicking on 350 + whp. It'll make that car a hell of a lot more fun. Thats the whp range i want my 04 wrx to get in, but it takes me a lot more parts to get there, and mine will include antilag, ffs, and launch control with a stand alone. When you get back hit me up, and I'll send you all the links to the parts, and the stuff on the open source tuning stuff. Oh btw come one man just one lil jump
