Why not ?

Is he pimping a business ?
Is he offering to beat the competition ?
Is there a link offsite going to a business or forum page ?
Is the phone number listed a business number ?

Or is he just some guy (or in this case, a pro rally driver) that has some tires to offload and willing to pass a sweet deal on to some of us little guys ?

Couldnt agree more! He is not breaking ANY rules and there is no reason why he needs a yellow star. He is NOT a vendor pimping his stuff.
