So when does the general population get to see the results of this "Survey"?

this is the GPS survey to mark the original trail on big maps. I had the maps at the FOTR meeting this past March. I hvae them with me on most trips (when someone reminds me).

The survey will add some monuments set in rock. We are tying ortho-photos to ground GPS data. It just marks the orig trail.

Where do you live.? I can show you the maps and stuff.

Food for the 19th is, yup, on your own. Bring a lunch and water.
It turns out Mark Smith has lined up his helicopter to help shuttle folks in that don't want to ride or walk, so I'm trying to get the final count today.

I'm in Carson City but I'll be in Georgetown (actually Garden Valley) on Saturday or Sunday - 21st or 22nd - Maybe you could leave copies with Cruzila.

Is that alright with you, Scott? I'll be across the road from you at Steve's. I think he's got your number.

I don't have copies yet. These are WALL size maps, 4 foot by 16 foot long or thereabouts. Wait until I get reduced copies that are more manageable. As soon as get the survey done and plotted, we'll have the smaller maps for us to use.
