Rubicon Passable?

I've read conflicting reports as to whether or not the con is passable from Buck Island to Tahoe? Anyone know the truth?

I was at Spider 2 weeks ago and a guy came in from Tahoe saying they cleared the trail so as far as I've heard it is clear.

I travelled the con from tahoe side thru to the punch bowl for the Marlin Roundup on 6/13. Only hit one snowbank and the rest of the trail was much drier than last year this time. Have a blast

Rubicon passible?

Traveled all the way from loon to Tahoe, only saw one snow bank. Clear all the way! But I was followed by a Jeep stock wrangler from the spings all the way up Cadillac Hill. Couldn't lose the guy, he was attached to me by a tow strap
