Here's the website: http://www.jeepjamboreeusa.com/
They have multiple events, but the next big one IIRC is the first weekend of August. There's also the Jeepers Jamboree, which is the big event that files for a permit for exclusive use of the trail the last weekend of July every year: http://www.jeepersjamboree.com/ This year, that's July 28-31. Jeep vs. Jeepers
Jeep Jamboree USA (Mark Smith and Chrysler) do not close or restrict the trail during their events. Jeepers Jamboree, Inc., the old time jamboree, does get a parade pass from the County restricting use of this county road (Rubicon Trail) during their event for certain days/hours.
