These are posted regularly at:
http://www.co.el-dorado.ca.us/Rubicon/oversightcommittee.htm

Note that it is 11/29 and the minutes for 11/10 have not yet been published. This is no sign of conspiracy, but rather, a reflection of how these minutes are usually puiblished (just before the next meeting). We can and will push for more timely publication of the minutes.

I'm posting this as a placeholder that we can reference back to -- let's all keep an eye on the link above and post up when the new minutes are published (hopefully with a link). Then let's scan through and talk about the summarized minutes.

Looking forward,

Randii

NOTE from Del: 1/15/06: all ROC meetings for 2006 will be on the second Thursday of the month in the Main County Library in Pville. See Cruzila's post here ref same. You are welcome to attend or send ideas/input in via email.

Thanks for the link Randii. A few of us are getting together tonight to work on our rigs, but this will be a topic of discussion while working. The crew up here is Redding really enjoys the time spent on the Con, and other trails, and would love to get more involved. The problem is, like mentioned in other threads, the meetings aren't at very good times for us to make them. This will provide us with a way to stay better informed, and to hopefully have our voices heard as well. This should help to show the that there is a larger group of people that care, then what just show up to the main meetings.

No idea what happened to August. We need to ask again in next week's ROC.

There may be some that fell through the cracks when Mike Gray resigned, but the County does make audiotapes of the meeting, so there may be a chance to recover the lost notes.

Randii- thanks for posting the link and making it a sticky;)

Our club is trying to work out a way to get at least 1 member to every ROC meeting. If we do it right, a member would only have to take 1 day a year to attend and report back to the group.

Click here and email the County to remind them to post their minutes from last month and agenda for this month:
CountyParks@co.el-dorado.ca.us
The meeting is the day after tomorrow -- they need to do better than this.
