well first before anyone answers your question...i have one for you...what is your specs on your rig? tires? lift? gears? lockers? and make....?:smokin:
Cruzila has it right -- minimal water in September. Ellis Creek will be just a trickle, and the outflow to Buck Island will be the biggest water you'll cross in El Dorado County. On the East side of Rubicon Springs, you'll drive through Miller Creek and that may indeed be the last time you get your tires wet.
June and earlier is a whole different discussion....
what about the stink hole and the bottom of Big Sluice? That stays full throughout the year if I recal.
But there are no real water concerns at that time of year.
I am not worried about going through water, but my wife nuts up if its over two to three feet. I read some posts from earlier this year indicating some spots are deep. Thanks for the info.
