Typical memorial weekend weather?
Been to the Rubicon in the summer but never that early as this Memorial weekend so I wonder what typical weather and trail condition would be like at this time of this month?
Need to know so I will bring necessary camping gears. thanks in advance

Actually my guess is only the male mosquitos will be out. With the cooler weather we have been having, I have been up there this time of year and seen black swarms of non-biting buggers. I'd still bring the repellant tho.

This weekend was great weather, but still got really cold at night. And the mosquitoes were out in force...PIA
![]() There is still snow in the shadows, but other than that, you would think it was July
