I'll be headed up tonight. Going to camp at loon and head in tomorrow morning. Gonna be rolling with Mtnyota and fordfascist.

I am really interested to see the trail with these conditions so late in the year. Its gonna be a blast and hopefully not as dusty as the previous years.

We went in Thursday to avoid the rush. Three rigs , monster diesel buggy on rocs and 54s , awsome toy buggy and my 70 GMC truggy. Camped just off the entrance to little sluice. Went on in to buck on friday then back to the box for friday night. My tent was right next to the trail and I mean the traffic friday night never stopped. Niether did the music. Pretty good night at the box. Had a GREAT time. My second time on the Rubicon , FIRST time on the trail in MY rig , 70 GMC. After three trips to Fordyce in my rig I must say the Rubicon is a little more forgiving of my full size 124" wb. Back to Loon on Saturday and home again. Can't wait to go back.
OH! yes, I stayed on the trail and tread as easy as a full size can.

I saw u guys on your way out @ wentworth split b4 Ellis.I half to say that cummins buggy is just plain sick.and your gmc is not bad either.I was in the white 85 yota on 31's with the sick ass Hallstyle racing bumper.good times mon!!!!!!!!!this was my first trip in in my rig in 12 years.everyone was friendly and seamed to have a great attitude.lots of awesome rigs and a lot of fun @ the box.and i may have met my future wife @ the con this weekend.
