I have this little jewel of a tool for you fabricators it will mesure angles in any plane and can be zeroed in any plane nice tool if you guys haven't seen one

I have one of those and use it all the time. Be carefull when leaving on the welding table when TIG welding or plasma cutting, the hi-freq sometimes screws with them.

I now feel the same way I did after getting my first dial caliper, and then a digi caliper. Yet another tightly held habit cast away to the tide of progress.

For what seems to be the going price of about $90, it's hard to argue with.
