OK fellas, I don't have a fancy tubing bender as I rarely have the need for one. I now need to bend some square tubing. Any suggestions?

What size of tubing, wall thickness, radius...? If its smallish =< 1" you could cut the desired radius out of some wood (2 x whatever your radius) and heat it with a torch ala Jesse James in MM2.
