looking for obd-II reader

my 96 4runner has a check engine light and thought i should buy a code reader, anybody have and recomendations?

YUP I've had it for three years now and it's a great. I bought a cheap win 95 IBM laptop and loaded the OBD scanner, topo/gps and 800 mp3s on to it and it stays in the truck.
