source for a ring roller?

I know have the need for a ring roller, and I am having difficulty finding one used or "inexpensive"

I have seen the Harbor Freight one, but I need to get up to 5/8th if possible.

Anybody know of a good source for one?

build or buy ? if buy, how much are you looking to spend ?

there's lots of ring roller plans out there, this one is pretty fancy compared to alot that I've seen:

probably buy. I am not looking to devote a lot of time to this. I would like to stay manual, smallish, and hopefully used, new under 200.00

how many rings are you looking to roll ? if it's not many i'd just call around a find a shop with a roller.

this is supposed to be pretty decent for the price though.
