Master Tool Mill?

Does anyone have any knowlegde on a Master Tool Mill? All I know is its used R8 collets, and has a 220 single phase motor. I am really thinking about buying it.

They want about 400 bucks for it with a brown and sharp surface grinder thrown in on the deal. I think it would cost me about another 200 to rent a fork lift and and truck to load the thing into. the autofeed on the grinder is broken.

Its an ebay find, its going for 320.98 right now. I think I might back off just becuase I think the wife would kill me right now no matter how much I could put it to good use.
