looks good. I built mine lower. Mine is built out of old bed frames. The angle iron is strong, light and free. Mine slants up and knee level, so I have a low COG. free shopping cart wheels too. I actually used pneumatics for the rears.
The cart for my Miller 175 is a 2-wheel dolly, with a fire extinguisher mount on the back for the gas cylinder, an army can on top to hold *****, gloves, tips, wire, etc, and a strap above the machine to hold the cords & hood.
I'd rather a tall cart like yours, but it wouldn't go up & down the basement stairs as easy
