Hi, I've been looking at notchers and benders, but I'd like to do some fab work with larger diameter tubes - maybe up to 3" or 3.5". All the JD2 / Protools stuff seems to go up to around 2" or for the biggest ones 2 3/8".
Does anyone know how I can notch larger diameter tube? I guess the tools don't have enough offset for bigger cutters?
Using a chop saw will be your cheapest solution. If you dont know how to notch with one do a search on here. Never seen one for bigger than 2". There are probably some industrial machines that will do it.

I have seen bosch hole saws up to 4". However as for a notcher, good luck. Luckily I just mimick the curve, grab the plasma or blue torch and cut. Just multi pass on the welds.
Bridgeport and Hole saw, I coped some 2" DOM to fit some 4 3/8" for a crane last week, at 22* no less. More money than you'll want to spend, but a used mill can be picked up for $1800-2500 depending on your location. You asked...
BTW I've used hole saws as big as 6"
