I am looking for the parts to make my Lincoln 175hd mig welder weld aluminum. Anybody know of the best source for them?

eBay.

There is a complete kit that comes with a spool of wire and a new liner.

The liner is the only thing that you really need. Lincoln reccomends their brand of wire in a certian make up. It is supposed to be a little stiffer and will resist birds nesting more than a normal variety that you might use in a spool gun.

But Check ebay. It is a pretty easy fix.

DO NOT MESS WITH A LINER! Its too far to push aluminum wire. I bought the same one and am happy with it. My Local welding shop (arcet) will exchange my standard steel mix gas for 100% argon aluminum welding without having to buy a new tank.

anyone know how to convert a 175hd to work with it? i have a magnum 100 gun so the connection are the same I just don't know about the internal wiring
