Id say it was 1.5 and 1.75. Always get 240/180 dies. I bought a 1.25 to do one job and that job paid for the die, I didnt bend much of it after that though.
Depends on WHY you are EXO'n it.... go-fast or crawling? For go-fast I`d say 2" for crawling a well designed 1.5" would work.
My buggy weighs ~3800 the center cab is PIPE (HEAVY) the front is 1.5" DOM the rear is 1.5" DOM. I will have 1" mixed for bracing and skin support. I`ll probably use 3/4" or 7/8" for making racks for my quad and buggy.
I don't think you can go wrong with 1", 1.5", 1.75", 2" dies. I also plan to get a 1" square to make storage racks too.
since you've already got the 1 3/4 i'd most certainly get an 1 1/2 die. Those 2 dies are what alot of my customer's jobs require/need. I also bought a 1 1/4 die for a job acouple months back and figured if i never used it again, atleast that job paid for it. I find myself using it quite abit now. I also bend 1" pipe in that die aswell. Alot of people I bend stuff for have their own materials and 1" is fairly easy to get your hands on cheaply.
me and my wheelin buds went in and got a jd2 and dies. we got 1 1/4 4.5, 1 1/2 5.5, 1 3/4 5.5, 1 5/8 6.5(to big a radius oops),and a 2" 5.5. so far the 1 3/4 and 1 1/4 have been the most used out of all of them. Anyone want to swap my 1 5/8 6.5 for there 5.5???
