Anyone done structural pan deck??

I'm looking for a way to fasten structural pan deck to steel trusses..

I know these guys make it, this is what i'm looking for

If your talking about corrugated decking in which a concret floor will be poured on it, you need to get a thing called a button punch (they look like a big set of bolt cutters with a dimple instead of cutting blades) and join the different sheets together. When those are buttoned together you use an arc welder and spot weld the decking to the beams/trusses from the top (burn through the decking). Welding the deck is tricky at first cause the decking is so much thinner than the beams/trusses. I dont have any pictures, sorry.

BTW: This shit is miserable work when it's 120 degrees in the dead heat of summer in Phoenix!

Found a company named Pneutek, It's a pneumatically driven pin. Similar to a powder actuated gun but with pneumatics no license is needed..

We'll see how it turns out
