Where do you find the tool that slides over tubing to find the notch?

Title pretty much tells what i'm asking for. I had no other way to get anyones attention without putting it all in the title. I seen it on Xtreme one day. He had a tool that slid over the tubing and when you stuck it to the other tubing you are conneting to it gave you the right fitment.. Anyone know what its called or where to get it?

I have them, they work pretty good. Have their limits too though. I have 2", 1 3/4" and 1 1/4".
