Conversion of my JD2 model 3 to air/hydro and engine stand mount

Figured I'd throw up a few pics of the air/hydro conversion I built for my JD2 and the engine stand mount I put together. Nothing new or ground breaking, just my interpretation of ideas I've seen in the past.

I gotta say, I never would have had the patience to pull this off without my Torchmate. The ability to rapidly prototype and re-prototype parts has completely changed the level of quality I can put into my projects while saving me huge amounts of time. And no, I'm not associated with Torchmate, just LOVE the machine.

Here are a few detailed pics of the mount to the stand, the ram mount and the die rack.

I added the die rack at the end of the that leg to serve as ballast. The stand was very unstable without any ballast and I feared it would fall over at a very inopportune moment if I didn't do something to stabilize it.

The rack is welded to a piece of receiver tubing so it slides up and down that leg. I did that for two reasons, I wanted to be able to make it as compact as possible for storage, but more importantly I wanted to be able to use this as an engine stand in the future if the need arose.

Are you able to bend tube with the bender in the vertical and horizontal postion? It looks like in the down postion the tube isn't horizontal.

Yes, it works in both the horizontal position as well as vertically. I've always used it horizontally due it being manually operated. I'm looking forward to using it vertically.

It will just barely do 90* if the spring back isn't too bad before I have to repin the die.

What exactly would you want? Just the 1/4" plate pieces for the clamp? or the sleeves for the bolts, the bolts themselves, etc?
