son of a bitch

I dropped one of the bolts from the shifter assembly into the trans, i heard it "dink dink dink dink" until it hit the bottom of the case.

Anyways how do you get a ax15 open? I havent looked at it at all but should i tackle it from the front or back? I already tried to put it upside down and shake and bake it.

i pity that bolt when i get it out of there

If the trany is out I wouldnt take it apart just yet. If you flip it upside down there is a few other cavities in the top the bolt could get trapped in untill you stand it up right again. I would lay it on its side and shake it around till you can see the bolt then snag it with a magnet.
