Air intake for buggys

if you're running any type of power stay away from those 4" spectre units, they rob wayyy to much power on bigger motor and at the higher rpms.
this is what i run: ![]() ![]() The tubing that the big diseals run is easy to get your hands on and is usully 5-6" in diameter, and cone filters are easy to find too.

www.intakehoses.com has anything you need to run your intake and they are fairly good on the price.

Its going on a 4.3 that will have a 5k chip in the msd I think it will flow ok I dont have a lot of hood clearance trying to keep it under the hood. Keep the pics coming. Oh ZJunderconst u have a snorkel on your junk so go back to the mud forum

I have a cobra head from intakehoses.com with one of those spectre filters with the maf between. I didn't have room for anything else.

not sure if it helps but heres the one from our old proto, the LS seemed happy with it
the upper was mandrell bent stainless down to the silicone join then into the ally airfilter housing, watertight to about 6 foot 6
