Three cylinder two stroke Zuk

The kid who worked for me this summer picked up another Suzuki......

Tried to drag him over to the dark side of cruisers.

I must admit its pretty kooooool.

What your friend has there is an LJ50 if it's got a 3 cylinder 2 stroke, must be a 1976 or later. These were never imported to the U.S. and we will most likely never see one. You can find lots of specs and details here http://www.lj10.com/

That thing is pretty cool, I have two 1972 LJ20's convertibles and they are a trip. You can fit one in the back of a pickup!

A lot of people bypass the factory gas tank and oil injection setup on the 2 strokes which appears to be the case here. I've seen people put a 1 gallon container under the hood before with premix.

The boat tank is there because the origional tank was removed sometime in its life so that is how I can drive around. And I still run straight gas because the technologically advanced suzuki CCI oil injection works awesome! Also that peice of sh#% seat was there when I bought the truck, who knows where it came from. And yes those are fridge magnets that read Suzuki LJ50.

I did it. It worked. I had the tin top 72 and a soft top that was roted into the ground. I paid $200 for the two and got the tin top going in about an hour. They wern't in bad shape connsidering they were up here in Michigan sitting in a feild for ten years. But there fun.

Yea the truck is in good shape considering it was sitting for like 20 years. We got it fired up and running within 10 minutes and hasnt had a dollar put into it yet to make it drivable. Since it was sitting it only has 5000 KM's on it and the drum brakes are still origional and they work great, and I dont have to worry about how long the engine will last.

It's a really nice pipe dream, but I bet those motors cost big bucks! I don't know much about snow mobiles - what do those engines cost? It would be tough to justify sticking one in a zuk unless you happened to have one laying around.
