ducati mountaineer

i found a guy selling an old ducati mountaineer and was curious about how easy and worthwhile of a bike to restore this would be. I know nothing about ducatis, i've only worked on old hondas. the mountaineer is a 90cc 2-stroke. its 95% complete and has original paint. it doesn't run but it looks like a pretty solid bike. i haven't been able to find anyone who sells parts for this bike, does anyone know anything about resources for these bikes? how much are they worth?
