Post Flex Pic's (Best I could do without front Driveshaft)

44044's In front - 63" Chevy's w/8" Single shackle in rear. Best I could do without front driveshaft. Will take measurements when I get through with my Square DS. Still more flex left.

Hmmm... It sure looks like there is more distance between my tire and the top of the fender, don't you think?

And I won't even get into the comparison or tire size and lift height (I run no body lift and just about 4.5" of lift for 35x16 boggers).

Oh, and that ramp pic is in 2wd too

Yep, these old junky stock rear springs up front just don't flex at all

Actually, you are incorrect - check the "44044 vs. stock rear" thread

Well DRM, I really dont see a lot of differences between our flexes, .
BTW I dont have a body lift, and I'm getting about 5.5"-6" of lift. You do have me on compression, only because these springs are new, and I cant get them flat or negative (which is a demise of the 85's) yet. I will post more when I can get it really flexed, along with measurements. But then again I'm not wanting to have a pissing match with you, and I never said the 85's where crapy,(I think they flex very well). I just was stating for the price of the 44044's, I think they are the way to go, for reliability, and alo flex (which I feel when broken in are better). Also, before I forget, your truck is very nice.

Hmmmm.... a quote of yours from the other thread:

"I've yet to see anyone with any type of 85 rear pack come close to the flex of 44044's"

So which statement do you intend to stick to? (Just givin' you a hard time )

Question

Ok, serious question for Grabber: Do you have any lift built into your front spring hanger??

I'm trying to decide how much drop to build into mine, but I only want like 4" of lift, I'll cut sheetmetal for the rest!

GRABBER, You didn't use the double shackle setup for the rear? Just a long shackle? Can you explain your rear set-up in more detail if you don't mined
