I wanted to toss this up on POR & see if anyone was intrested. We're moving to Colorado and are looking to sell quickly. The house is priced for a quick sell.

Here's the specs;

Located in San Jacinto, very close to Hemet, in Riverside Co. (10 min from All Pro!!)

Just outside of Grand Junction, to Fruita. 21 Road is about 15 min away from our new home!

And Moab is 1.5 hrs away!!

We moved all our stuff up 2 weeks ago, now I'm just waiting on the job transfer. I need to find some local wheelin' buddies so I'm not out wheelin' alone.

wow cali cost of living is crazy... here in oklahoma id say thats about a $100k at the most... anyway bump for ya i have family in fruita... if u see a white mustang cobra with a cobra airbrushed on the hood... thats my uncle.

Yep, it's just plain crazy out here. But if you think our house is expensive, try pricing the same sized house & lot near the coast. You'd shit yer pants!

Congrats, i live in redlands and that house is $400k here.

My uncle has 13 acres and a ranch in fruita and I would give my left nut to own his property and live there. That is as close to perfect as it comes.
