Jesse @ High Angle Came Through Again

just wanted to post up and thank jesse publicly for his outstanding customer service, again.

i had broken a 1410 d60 yolk on my frot axle two saturdays ago and managed to damage the 3" shaft tube. i had plans of wheeling that following saturday (this last saturday) and ordered up a new shaft with 1410's and a yolk right away. all is well right? well, thursday night i get home from work to find my driveshaft on my front porch and the problem was that it was JUST my driveshaft.
apparently the shipping company broke the cardboard tube open (1/4" thick ) and my spare ujoints and yolk fell out, i'm guessing into their delivery truck. so they wrap the open end up with the driveline sticking out and about 60 yards of plastic tape and through the ujoints/yolk in a box and ship them back to jesse. fu#%ing morons. i call jesse friday morning and advise him i'm missing parts at which point we figure out what happened. he has the parts i need shipped out next day air am delivery for saturday morning and refuses to let me pay for any additional shipping. it's not your problem he says. i know what the cost was on that shipping and for that weight and time frame, it wasn't cheap at all. got my parts as promised saturday morning and off to the trail i went. all is well.
again, just wanted to shoot some props jesse's way. there are several others out there that i thank also, even though i haven't mentioned it publicly, which have gone the extra mile to get me out of a jam or plain just have good customer service. you know who you are.

this is a prime example of why i support pirate vendors.

that is all

Sweet!

How'd you break the 1410 yoke? Abuse or ears rubbing then crackage/kaboom?

a tall pointy a$$ rock found it's way into my front 4 link. it just hooked onto everything and couldn't get off it. shoulda winched sooner. ended up bouncing off my front driveshaft near the yolk and it broke the little ujoint cap retaining nub off and out slid the ujoint. then the driveshaft flopped around a little. that yolk will get a repair but will only be used as a get you off the trail spare. then one of the caps disappeared amongst the boulders and had to use a combination of a 1350 cap on the 1410 ujoint, a 1/4" flat washer as a shim for the ubolt, and some JB quick weld to hold the caps to the yolk.

got me to the trailer and took some good abuse along the way. drove it like i stole it the whole way back.

You don't even have to post Jess.... we know your ethics! Always great service, always returning/answering phone calls, always emailing me back, and going above and beyond what most feel "is not my problem". Thanks Jess

damn, have yet to break a 1410 yoke... Jess' 1350 cv to 1410 has been flawless since I snagged it couple years back. Keep it up as usual Jess!

Got my 1410's for fine spline NP205 from Jesse. Very much a pleasure to deal with. He asked me to hold a minute while he went back and personally put his hands on the the 3 Yokes I needed so he wouldn't mis-speak anything. I respect that alot considering how many clowns are out there selling air. Another TTC rig with High Angle Drive parts!

Jess, bent over backward to help me get my shafts before SEMA, even sent me to one of his suppliers for something he was out of, to speed up the process, I wish all the companies I delta with worked this way. My radiator took a month

Thanks Jess for the Help and support

Mac
