I cut my wings at the joints into pieces and deep-fry until crisp and done.
While the wings are frying I melt a stick of butter in a sauce pot and stir in your favorite hotsauce to taste. Put cooked wings in a large bowl and pour butter/sauce over them to coat. Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

I buy a bag of drummets ( too lazy to seperate the wing parts)
sprinkle them with fresh black and red pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. and ad some of the powdered ranch dressing mix, half a packet or less for a large batch of wings. I grill them, but do whatever is easy for you. then its half a stick of butter, and alot of franks red hot sauce with some moer ranch powder mixed in. I love these things.

Deep fry the chicken wings.
In a glass caserole, microwave 4 sticks of butter until melted. Add in 1/4 cup white vinegar. Dump in a whole bottle of Louisiana Hot sauce. Let the wings soak in the sauce mix about 10 or 15 minutes. Enjoy. ![]() .

thanks for all the great replies, i'm writing them all down in the recipe book and going to try each one. I have 10 lbs of wings to cook, heres what I ended up doing:
first I deep fryed the wings for about 15 minutes (lightly browned) Then in a bowl I mixed up 2 sticks of melted butter, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 24 ounces of red devil cayanne pepper sauce, a cup and 1/2 of diced up jalepeno's, I put the wings in the crock pot and poured the sauce over it and its cooking now. |

For the wings.
Make a breading of 2 cups flour, 2tbs cayenne pepper, and 2 tbs paprika. Bread the wings and fry them in 375* oil for 12-13 minutes. For the sauce. Melt one stick butter in sauce pan. Add one bottle Franks red hot or Louisiana hot sauce. (the 12 oz. size) 1 tbs cayenne pepper 1 tbs paprika 1/4 cup white vinegar Axle
