pineapple cottage cheese

I accidently bought this instead of regular cottage cheese... I don't really like it by itself... anybody know of any thing I can put it on or eat it with that's good?... doesn't need to be healthy... I was buying the regular cottage cheese to eat with bbq chips...

i have seen pineapple CREAM cheese, but never cottage cheese. the cream cheese version is great on ginger snaps as a snack...

get it really cold and put chocolate syrup on it....it's kinda like pineapple ice cream. I like to put cinnamon and sugar substitute on plain cottage cheese for breakfast...it's like creamy cinnamon toast.

I hate regular cottage cheese...but it makes great fake crepes

. 3 eggs, cup of cottage cheese, 2 tbs oil or melted butter, 2 tbs flour, dash of vanilla. Put in a blender and then make like pancakes; they come out thin and are good with syrup & powdered sugar. The recipe came from a cookbook to get kids to eat protein and both my kids do like them. No clue how pineapple will be but it might be worth a try.
