anyone been following this? after the dna tests came back negative, along with the time stamped photos i am willing to agree with others that the players are innocent. the saddest part is not only did some attention whore tarnish the reputation of some guys but some sr's had to give up their season. and that is sad. i hope the ncaa will allow them to play next season or come up with some type of play compensation... ie let the team still play in the acc tourney. i played lacrosse in college and i hate to see the negative press on our sport. even though i hate duke and unc lacrosse. go pack!

I agree, I thought it was fishy from the get go. I havnt paid much attention recently.

The MLL is the pro league. I've played for the past 4 years, it's a great sport.

he played for minnisota swarm last year and edmonton rush this year. They both sucked big time in those years but soooo much fun to watch...

he also plays local for the burrards( here in BC) when not playin professional..

Yeah, I sure haven't heard much, now that they are innocent. It sure was a big deal when they were presumed to be guilty.

exactly, I would sue everybody involved with that if I was those kids. jackass media jumping to conclusions and playing the race card.

as an aside I love lax and have been playing since fourth grade, it's a great sport.

The "breaking news!" tag lines on the news used to read "Duke Rape Scandal" and now they say "Duke Rape Allegations". Funny how they were guilty until proven (basically) innocent.

Also, the stripper had a run in with the law a few years back. She gave a lapdance to a cab driver, then stole his cab. Then she proceeded to run from the cops in the cab.

I wonder what race the DA is and if that has anything to do with it, or is he just pushing forward now because he doesn't want to lose face and act like he's letting the college punks get away with something?

I believe the DA is up for election this year. He may drag it out until that's over.
